Server
Hosting is the next step for a Company with a
busy and large Internet presense.
Most websites are hosted
on a Server with numerous other websites which
if you have a large and busy website can be
detrimental to your websites ranking and
 operation. Once a clients Website (Broadband)
needs
exceeds a shared servers limits it is time to
consider a dedicated server.
The dedicated Server is
usually a Hosting companies property which
only has one clients Website(s) on the server.
The advantage is lower upfront charges and
higher monthly broadband charges.
The alternative is for
the client to provide a Server which is
connected to the hosting companies super high
speed internet connection. The disadvantage is
the up front higher costs of having a server
built. Where as the advantage is you are not
paying an in house IT staff to monitor and
service the server box. Many hosting providers
will host a server box from another provider
in exchange for that provider hosting one of
theirs for clients requiring redundancy.
